A French pilot has just crashed in the Sahara desert and is stranded. With water for only a few days, will he be able to survive long enough to fix his engine or will a little stranger distract him so he dies? In this epic tale the prince recalls his amazingly awesome journey and the pilot learns some things about life that he never even thought about. Many important things in life are very hard to find.

The Little Prince met the king, the vain man, the drunkard, the business man, the lamplighter, the geographer, the snake, the desert flower, the blossoming rose garden, the fox, and finally, the pilot. Out of all the grown-ups he met, the only one with a good imagination was the pilot.
